After a hard day of Baking...LOL

This was so much fun today. Jaida came over today. I ahd to get some baking done. You know how a little one can be she wanted to help. I taught her all about the mixeer and making sure it is locked in place before you turn it on. I let her pour int he ingrediants. She has so much fun. Aunt Kayte came home just in time to add the eggs. She told Jaida we need 2 eggs. Now put it in the mix, so Jaida put the whole egg in the cookie dough it was so funny.

I made chocolate covered candy canes. I showed Jaida how to put the sprinkles on the candy. Well her idea was much better than mine as you can see she just dumped all the sprinkles on the paper and made beautiful works of eatable art. Yummy! Kaye said "Mom you have way more patient than I would" How do they learn? I think they turned out Marvelous...

LATE BUT WORTH THE WAIT!

Well JD is HOME! He was supposed to fly in at 4:55 however his plane was late. We heard that it was supposed to come in at 5:30. We then learned at 5:40 that they were still in Denver so we took off and got some dinner and were back to the airport in no time. Since we still had time to kill we started to take random pictures! It was finally at 7:30 that we saw him and he looks GREAT! HE IS HOME!

Monsters in the Closet

Well tonight Jenna and I stayed home watching a movie and ordering in. Well after the movie we were just sitting in the dark and realized that someone was coming in the house well we got the smart idea to hide in the closet. Well we couldn't hold in our laughter anymore and we ended up failing but we did make it up! My mom wasn't home yet so Jenna, Jordynn, and myself hid in her closet for about thirty minutes. Pondering how we were going to get her in the closet Jenna had a bright idea! She called dad and asked him to get mad because she left her at out(not surprising on both terms Jenna leaving her stuff out and Dad getting mad). Well it worked after about a half an hour in the closet Mom walks in Jenna grabs her leg I scream and Mom YELLS Oh $#!^ over and over again has she is hopping out of the closet. When all is settled down we realize that she peed her pants. Yep we scared her so bad that she ACTUALLY PEED HER PANTS . It was pretty much the highlight of our NIGHT!

The boys and I went to Disneyland for spring break. We had a blast even though Darrien says he'll never go again, he hated the lines. AJ loved it. They braved all the roller coasters. I did brave a couple but mostly watched them. They did get me to go on Space Mountain, I thought I was going to die. I'll stick to the tea cups. AJ's favorite was Screaming California over at California Adventure. We spent 3 days and went to Disneyland everyday. We spent the last day swimming in the hotel pool. New Phone Number and Hello

Hello family I just wanted to say hello, and let you all know how much I love you all. I hope the easter bunny was nice to you like she was to me. I got a new golf bag from Trish and the kids for easter. I went to the Dr's a couple of week ago I don't have to have surgey but he wants me to go to the gym and start doing excerise for my back. I will start doing my treatments of radiation every other day for the next 2 months next Monday afternoon the 31st so I will be a grouch and not wanting to eat anything cause it makes me sick. Also I got a new phone number so save it on phones or write it down it is 801-623-1807 I love you all.

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know how much we appreciated all your prayers for Dallas in his time of need.
The nurses at McKay Dee Hospital said it is a miracle that he walked out of the hospital as early as he did. They have seen many that have not.
Dallas was given a priesthood blessing in the hospital ER by his friend who he was snowboarding with and the attending physician. Wow, that doesn't happen very often, probably only in Utah.
Jenna deserves kudo's for stepping up to the plate and dealing with all the doctors and nurses until I was able to get their. She held her composure together in a time of crisis.
Thanks to my husband for quickly purchasing me a ticket to SLC. And then bringing the rest of the family down to Utah, so they could have piece of mind.
It was such a blessing that I was already in Spokane and was able to catch a flight so quickly. The accident happened around 11 am and I was landing in SLC by 3:30. Dallas had only been in the ICU unit a couple of hours when I arrived. Had I not already been in Spokane it would have been much longer.
Dallas was released from the Hospital this morning. He wants to do a lot of things, but tires quickly. His memory is still a bit foggy as this is normal. Although he still remembers were the Whitakers keep their food and how to get a hold of his girlfriends.
He has interviews with his Stake President the 23rd of this month for his mission and also one for the melchezidic priesthood. Then his mission papers will be complete. All of the paper work is done on line. He will be in Washington around the 22nd of April to deliver puppies.
Thanks again to all who prayed on his behalf and to our Heavenly Father for hearing and answering our prayers.

Good Morning

Today is Thursday, man where has this week gone? I have been fighting off a bug. I am going to win! I am thankful I got the flu-shot this year. My niece Jessica Stevens and her little guys have been so very sick. She is 7 months pregnant too. My heart goes out to her. I can remember being up all night prego with Carson and Kayte and Logan were very sick. Those were the days. Now I am up all night waiting and wondering where the heck they are, and are they safe? You never stop being a Mom.
I am settling into my job. My nickname at work is Momma Ronda. I am having some really nice conversations with my co-workers about the Lord. It is so amazing how you can say nothing at all and people still know your a follower and believer in Christ. I love it.

Watch your mail for the new Mary Kay Look Book. All New and exciting Changes to our colors and compacts. I love the new mineral powder.

Well I am off to work. Pray that the dialer will be nice to me....No yelling, angry, foul mouthed, CM's who refuse to pay their credit card bill. I always try to give them a word of encouragement. Some listen others just want to vent.. Anyways today will be a great day.

Remember "Today is the day the Lord has made for each of us, Rejoice and be Glad in it" Expect great things to happen. Our God is an awesome God..

Another day in the Szlavich Home.

Today is Thursday the 28th of Feb. It is 9:17AM, Kayte is just now leaving for work @ WellsFargo, Logan and Carson are asleep on our couch. Laci left for work @ 5:00 AM and Me Ronda, I am up and ready to go to work by 12 noon. I am waiting for my Pastor's wife Sharon to come over. We are putting together our Church of All Nations Grill and Praise Cookbook.

I am so grateful to have a job at this time. I talk to so many people all over the US who are without jobs and can't pay their CC debt. This really is a HUGE epidemic. The nicest people to talk to are in SC and NC. The State with the foulest mouths and whom are very rude, I better not say, I have family living in this state. I pray silently everyday for people all day long while I am on the phones.

I am really excited, but nervous for "OUR FAMILY" reunion. So many different personalities under one roof..
